Josie the Safety

Josie is in fourth grade now. At her school, the fourth graders are the Safety Patrol. Josie is a "safety" this year. She's very excited about it. . . and a little nervous.


Yesterday was her first day. She was paired with her good friend, Sarah. The three of us practiced while the girls waited for students to come. I played the part of the student. They both did a great job.

I put this picture in because I want you to see Josie's pants.


They are actually Isaac's pants (Isaac is 3 years old). Josie tried them on a few weeks ago and liked how they fit, so she keeps wearing them. I think Josie's the coolest. Really, she's one of the coolest kids I know.
