Wacky Hair Day

This morning we had homemade hashbrowns for breakfast. We got out all of the pans and the big griddle and had a hashbrown bonanza. The kids loved it! While they waited, Joshua and Adam sat in front of the heater vent in the kitchen, trying to stay warm.

Take a look at Joshua's hair. It usually looks like he just got out of bed, but today was different. It was Wacky Hair Day at school.

The kids love Wacky Hair Day! They get to do silly things with their hair. Joshua likes his spiked. I like it too because it highlights his great head of hair. It's hard not to run your fingers through it everytime you see him.

Josie loves it too. Usually she likes her hair braided into a dozen or so thin braids. I love her hair like that. It lets you see how truly lovely she is. This year Mama put her hair into 6 wavy ponytails.

Happy Wacky Hair Day everybody!
